For Professional Use Only

Deep in the heart of a Cambodian market, there are many mysterious things to be found. Most recently what I found was a cutting-edge hair product that caught my eye. English Gone Awry

Ah, the English language. English is the third most natively spoken language in the world and has become the leading language for international discourse. It is arguably the largest language, based on the number of words, and indeed one of the most difficult to learn. Nevertheless, it is the most commonly taught foreign language. Inevitably non-native speakers, and sometimes even native speakers, struggle at mastery. Let’s face it, there’s no end to the funny things these people can say…or can’t say! This blog is dedicated to documenting such cases of English gone awry. If you would like to submit a quote, story, or photo please email them to englishgoneawry@gmail.com.
